Services and Rates

If there were to be a name to the style of work I do it would be Integrative Massage. Because most of us bring a varied source of issues to the table, this requires a variety of tools to address. They can be anything from light energy soothing healing-intended touch to Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy to fascia-focused work and most often including loosening muscles and increasing circulation.

Many people who have not had massage in a while or have trauma or injuries from various sources, often benefit more with a focused session on one area.  I start out with the first layer and gradually address deeper layers of tissue as the nervous system and time allow.

This and current issues will be considered before each session along with questions.

Receiving regular massage is an investment in your health and quality of life!

Payment is due and gratefully accepted the day of service.

Please note that I no longer submit insurance claims or provide assistance between insured and insurers.

The intake forms in the "Client Forms" section are provided by ABMP, so you will see a question as to whether or not the massage is medically necessary as well as a reference to insurance.

I'm sorry that I cannot change that part of the form.

Other than letting me know if the massage is connected to medical needs, please disregard that small section.

Rates are:

$90. for 1 hour, $125. for 1.5 hours

For optimal benefit, as an adjunct to bodywork:

I and many others recommend gradually implementing a regular lifestyle pattern of exercise, stretching and healthy food habits in order to maintain mobility, stability and strength. This, of course, according to your healthcare providers' recommendations, especially if you experience effects of injury or illness.

I will add that a gradual, steady habit of meditation is proven to increase levels of dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin, decreasing stress and its effects.

love working in conjunction with your other healthcare professionals. Please ask your orthopedic professional, Primary MD, Pain Management MD, Physical Therapist, Chiropractor or other Massage Therapists if there is anything they might recommend in terms of focus/specific work, places to support or avoid.

Thank you! I look forward to working with you.
